FULL CONTRACT SERVICE.
This top-level support package gives you full IT cover at a fixed price week in, week out, month in month out. With our Full Contract Service you can spread your IT support across the year, knowing exactly how much each month is going to cost you. Although some exclusions apply, basically the only thing you'll ever have to pay for will be any hardware that may be needed.
ForData's regular 'IT Healthcheck' is the most important part of this service. We'll be checking your systems at pre-agreed intervals, allowing you to schedule in the time that we'll be working on your machines. Working pro-actively in this way removes a huge number of potential issues before you even see them, giving you full peace of mind
LIMITED CONTRACT SERVICE.
Exactly the same as our Full Contract Service, giving customers the same pro-active remote IT Healthcheck service, plus the ability to budget forward, the only difference being that we exceed the hours budgeted on any unexpected maintenance or remedial work, you'll receive an additional invoice for the extra time we've spent. We think of our Limited Contract Service as being a time sensitive but perhaps more affordable option.
PAY AS YOU GO.
Confident that your IT won't let you down, but just need to feel that you have a lifeline? That's what our Pay As You Go service is for! Whilst we hope that you'll want to progress onto one of our contracts, so we can keep an eye on things and sort out problems before they happen, we also appreciate that for some contracts can feel like a tie in. We want you to see... to feel... to understand our offering until you are happy to sign up to our proactive IT Healthcheck support - so until that time then this is how you can still use ForData!
